Fulfillment & Shipping Schedule: Brand Glory Luxury orders are processed & shipped Monday through Friday. We guarantee that all orders will be dispatched no later than one business day following the completion of your order, unless otherwise announced. Orders are not processed for shipping on national holidays.

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship across the contiguous United States.

Shipping Carrier: We use FedEx, DHL, UPS & USPS for all deliveries. The choice of carrier may vary.

Signature Requirement: To ensure the secure delivery of your order, a signature is required upon receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure availability to sign for their package at the time of delivery. If you are not available to provide a signature, the carrier will leave a notice and instructions for rescheduling delivery or pickup.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees vary based on the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can track your order's progress. This information is also available, once updated, within your account under 'My Orders.'

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses.
