CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that purchasing a luxury item is a meaningful decision, and sometimes minds can change. However, once an order is placed, our fulfillment process begins immediately. This includes order verification, handling, and non-refundable credit card processing fees on our end. Because of this, we’re unable to offer cancellations—even if the item hasn’t shipped yet.
We appreciate your understanding, and we’re committed to making sure your experience with us is exceptional from start to finish. If you have any questions before placing your order, our team is always happy to help.
@ Brand Glory Luxuries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. The very nature of Luxury goods, particularly luxury bags, wallets and accessories, the need for authentication and end-to-end product care with our unique inventory, demand a very strict return policy. However, if you need to return a luxury item, Brand Glory Luxuries accepts returns that comply with our Return Policy.
RETURN POLICY

Returnable items must be eligible for return and must be approved for return by customer service. Approved items will receive an approval notice and RMA# with strict return instructions.
“As Is” items are sold, As Is, and are not eligible for return. Items sold at Trunk shows or Pop Ups, are not eligible for return.
Items eligible for return include all other items that are significantly misrepresented. It is fair and warranted that every Brand Glory Luxury customer, gets what they paid for, a principle we invest resources to ensure.
If there is ever some material misrepresentation for which a return is approved, please know, items must be in the same condition they were delivered in.
We cannot accept returned items that have been worn, altered, or damaged. We will not accept returns with odors such as smoke or perfume. All returned items must have original tags attached.
To return eligible items, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 3 days of the delivery date (as reported by the courier), and initiate the return within 3 days of the RMA using the label provided.
Handbags, shoulder bags, purses, clutches, wallets or belts, listed in As Is condition are FINAL SALE. Returns may be accepted if after review by BGL Customer Care the item is identified to have been materially misrepresented by Brand Glory Luxuries.
