Cancellations: We understand that purchasing a luxury piece is a considered decision. Once an order is placed, our fulfillment process begins immediately. This includes order verification, authentication handling, and non-refundable payment processing fees.

For this reason, orders cannot be canceled once placed, even if the item has not yet shipped.

Returns: Due to the curated nature of our inventory and the rigorous authentication, handling, and care each piece receives, all sales are final. As each item is individually sourced, verified, and prepared specifically for its new owner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
