Shipping Schedule
Order Processing: Brand Glory Luxuries orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders are dispatched within one business day of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Estimated Dispatch Timing: Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day. Pre-Order pieces are dispatched within ten days of purchase.

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship throughout the contiguous United States. P.O. Box deliveries are not available.
Carriers: Deliveries are fulfilled via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS, selected at our discretion to ensure the most secure and efficient delivery.
Signature Required: All orders require signature confirmation upon delivery. Please ensure availability to receive your package. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier will provide instructions for rescheduling or secure pickup.
Shipping Fees: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level.
Tracking and Delivery: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email. Tracking details may also be viewed within your account under My Orders once available.
Client Responsibility: Please verify that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Brand Glory Luxuries cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
